CELEBRATING 20 YEARS - TEXAS BLANC
A new release of estate grown Blanc Du Bois processed just a tad differenty for a whole new experience. The name "Blanc du Bois" translates to "white of the woods" in French, referring to the fact that the grapevine can be found growing naturally in wooded areas. The grape exhibits good disease resistance, making it suitable for sustainable viticulture practices.
2022 Blanc Du Bois is 100% grown at TARA vineyard in Athens Texas. This white wine is dry with citrus notes making it one of our most popular sellers! Vintage 2022! Best Vintage so far. Record harvest in 2022 after 2021 snowvid.
Cold fermentation in stainless. Racked, settled, cold stabalized and bottled. NO air - reductive style
